Flat Roof Waterproofing
Waterproofing, Our Specialty
Our company works on both new construction and renovation projects, offering solutions tailored to each project.
Installation of 2D and 3D EPDM Waterproofing
What is EPDM? EPDM is a synthetic elastomer composed of Ethylene, Propylene, Diene, and Monomer. It is a high-performance material that can be applied directly to wood or concrete surfaces. A rigid polyurethane insulation panel with a vapor barrier can also be integrated to enhance thermal efficiency.
3D EPDM membranes adapt to all configurations and can cover up to 500 m² in a single piece. Available in various thicknesses (1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, and 2 mm), they ensure high durability and excellent waterproofing.
Installation of Torch-Applied Two-Layer Waterproofing
We also offer a torch-applied two-layer waterproofing system, with or without external insulation, depending on the project’s needs and specifications.
Our solutions are designed for all configurations, ensuring optimal and long-lasting protection for flat roofs.

2D and 3D EPDM Waterproofing
3D EPDM is designed for roofs with complex elements such as parapets, water drainage systems, technical equipment, or irregular shapes. It is a prefabricated, custom-made membrane produced in a factory, allowing for installation without cutting or welding on-site, thereby minimizing the risk of errors and water infiltration.
This solution offers significant advantages:
✔ Enhanced waterproofing, with membranes covering up to 500 m² in a single piece.
✔ Simplified installation, reducing setup time and future maintenance.
✔ Flawless finish, ensuring maximum durability.
2D and 3D EPDM stands out as a benchmark technology for ensuring long-lasting waterproofing of flat roofs. Its ease of installation, unmatched durability, and eco-friendly properties make it a preferred choice for project owners committed to quality and sustainability.

Torch-Applied Two-Layer Waterproofing
Two-layer waterproofing consists of layering two bituminous membranes, welded together to create a double barrier against moisture and water infiltration. This technique is suitable for both new constructions and renovations and is compatible with various types of buildings.
This solution is particularly well-suited for buildings exposed to harsh weather conditions, offering long-term enhanced protection. It is ideal for:
✔ Flat-roof houses
✔ Industrial and commercial buildings
✔ Residential buildings and apartment complexes
✔ Hotels and public-access establishments
